FRASER LATTA Fraser Latta qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having studied Law at Strathclyde University, before completing a Masters at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. Fraser was appointed as a Partner with Hamilton Burns WS in 2008 and heads the Immigration Department. He has a keen interest in Human Rights cases and appears regularly in appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber) and before The Upper Tribunal. Fraser is a Peer Reviewer for the Law Society of Scotland.
